Allendale provides a complete electrical and data estimation and quotation service.This includes measurement and pricing of all plans, schedules of quantities and specifications.

From concept to completion we have the experience to tackle any size of electrical project, tailored to your exact requirements.

Our engineers are in touch with current design trends and commercial reality and provide value engineering solutions including incorporating the latest ideas in environmental sustainable design (ESD).

From the electrical design of infrastructure reticulation, switchboards, lighting layouts and subcircuit wiring down to the choice of light fittings and fixtures, Allendale can help you with any facet of the process.

From the initial in house cad design and budgetry service to the on site management and execution of the project, Allendale Electrical can provide a "one stop shop".

We have just completed the 5Green Star NZI Centre which was a total design build project and are currently working on the new BNZ tower which is to be N.Z's first new "green star" rated office block. We also have a strong relationship with Econobuilt Design and Build Ltd providing them with electrical design and build solutions for their various projects including offices, warehouses and schools.

Lighting Design

Our in house lighting designer works in conjunction with various lighting suppliers to provide a contemporary and innovative lighting design service.

We provide designs to meet any budget and consider such things as energy efficiency, aesthetics and light fitting performance and construction to make the design fit the purpose.

We are fully conversant with the requirements of the New Zealand Green Council and can provide a fully complying Green Star Solution.

We design in compliance with AS/NZS 6703, and we can help you with the sometimes complex compliance issues surrounding emergency lighting. (AS/NZS 2293)

Consultant Peer reviews

Allendale can provide a "before Tender" peer review to Electrical Consultants. Let our experienced engineers look over your design and provide comment on potential construction issues before you release it to the market.

Electrical Draughting Service

Our full time electrical draftsman works with the latest technology in Autocad design to provide high quality in house designs and as built drawings.

Maintenance Manuals

At the end of every project Allendale produce a maintenance manual listing all equipment used, a spare parts and supplier list.
